Now more than ever we all must be the solution to the problem.
A child with unmet educational needs, will impact a class as a whole.
A child without accurate funding will impact the class as a whole.
Overwhelm from lack of training will impact teachers and childrens mental health.
Watching another child suffer whilst they try to learn will impact your own childs ability.
Move this scenario to an office. You have a colleague who consistently struggles and cannot attend work, it would be so sad to watch that employing fall to pieces in front of you.
This is what we are doing to children in schools.
We all must look outside of our own challenges. We all have a responsibility to learn about our own privilege and look at what others have to cope with.
