Our clients make us humble.

A parent today sent me flowers and truffles!

The flower parent has cancer. She now has Covid (as of last week). I mean unbelievable and she is thankful for our help. So much so she sent me these.

I love them. I’m so grateful and so sad at the same time. Why does this shit system mean this parent has to be surprised by kindness and care and people doing their jobs properly.

This should not be happening. This parent is sadly not alone in their constant shock at people in SEND ‘just’ doing the right thing.

Let’s break the system. Let’s change the rules. Let’s expect more.
