Stop the damage before it starts

We see so many kids at Key stage 2, yr5 primary and secondary yr7, who are desperate for support by that point, after years of their parents begging and hoping...

What was up stream for these kids would have been signs, communication, behaviour, struggle and challenge.

People chose not to see. They chose to ignore these childrens cries for help.. or they were not trained to understand?

Up stream MUST be training for education staff and compassion for parents.. Professionals MUST start to listen. They must look beyond a child's mask..

We must stop these children being ignored until the damage is done.
