You NEVER need to apologise to us. You are never a bother. We are open and working every single day of the year INCLUDING Christmas Day.If you need us, we're there, if your Christmas Day is being ruined because you are worrying about one document in your appeal taking place in January, drop us a line, we can help you, so you can enjoy the rest of your day.
What is more important to us, above all else, is that parents, regardless of whether or not you are a member, try to find some time to get a mental break from it all for yourselves, but if its just not possible, don't hesitate to make contact.
